» tikishark - Question
I really enjoyed your article on Dahlias. I have two questions.1. I read in your article that they should be "dug" after the first frost. I live in Zone 6. I have four Dahlias planted in my garden, and one hanging basket. Should I dig the ones in the garden up after the frost, or before, and should I bring them in for the winter? Can I bring the hanging basket in, too?
2. Do you know if and/or where any seeds can be found on the plants, and if so, what I should do if I find them?
I am new to gardening and really enjoying it this year. I have been harvesting a lot of different seeds, but I don't have anyone to talk to about such questions. I thank you for your response!
